    Do you handle freight coordination?

    Yes. We coordinate inbound receiving and outbound freight to any venue nationwide. We work with your carrier of choice or can arrange shipping on your behalf at pass-through carrier rates.

    Can I use my own shipping account?

    Yes, and we prefer it. You can provide your own UPS, FedEx, or freight account number. We print the labels and handle staging. You keep full control of shipping costs.

    What if I don't fill a whole pallet?

    We have a 1-pallet minimum to ensure your materials get dedicated, organized space. Even if your booth doesn't fill an entire pallet, you get the full position so nothing gets mixed with other clients' inventory.

    What does a "Touch" include?

    A "touch" bundles all related warehouse actions into one flat $25 fee per pallet — moving items, labeling, shrink-wrapping, palletizing, and loading are all included. You're never nickel-and-dimed for individual tasks.

    Example 1: Shipping your booth from our warehouse to a conference — pulling from storage, staging, wrapping, labeling, and loading onto freight = 1 touch per pallet.

    Example 2: Receiving your items back after a show, inspecting and vetting everything, and putting them back into storage = 1 touch per pallet.

    Do you offer climate-controlled storage?

    Yes. Our San Diego facility is climate-controlled to protect graphics, electronics, and sensitive booth materials from heat and humidity year-round.

    What don't you do?

    We don't design, build, or install booths. Our focus is purely on storage and logistics: receiving, storing, shipping, and delivering your existing booth and materials. If you already have a display built, we'll take it from there.
