We have a 1-pallet minimum to ensure your materials get dedicated, organized space. Even if your booth doesn't fill an entire pallet, you get the full position so nothing gets mixed with other clients' inventory.
A "touch" bundles all related warehouse actions into one flat $25 fee per pallet — moving items, labeling, shrink-wrapping, palletizing, and loading are all included. You're never nickel-and-dimed for individual tasks.
Example 1: Shipping your booth from our warehouse to a conference — pulling from storage, staging, wrapping, labeling, and loading onto freight = 1 touch per pallet.

Yes. Our San Diego facility is climate-controlled to protect graphics, electronics, and sensitive booth materials from heat and humidity year-round.
We don't design, build, or install booths. Our focus is purely on storage and logistics: receiving, storing, shipping, and delivering your existing booth and materials. If you already have a display built, we'll take it from there.
